Actislim Xtreme, Max Strength. A NOTE ON WEIGHT LOSS Thats were Actislim Xtreme steps in. Actislim Xtreme Is a combination of natural herbs, vitamins and plant extracts. When taken approximately two hours after eating, the ingredients in Actislim Xtreme act together to increase the intensity and extend the length of time that the normal processes of digestion occur. These digestive processes lead to an increase in our metabolic rate, so by taking Actislim Xtreme your metabolic rate is maintained at a high level for longer. No, if you have previously taken Actislim Ultra, you can continue with exactly the same regime, the only differences are the strength of Actislim Xtreme and that it comes in a tablet form, which means the tablet breaks down slowly inside you creating more heat and burning of the calories.
I find it difficult to take tablets, is there anything I can do? We find that by snapping the tablet in half and drinking a large glass of water whilst swallowing the tablet can help. If you prefer, the tablet can be crushed into a powder and mixed into your meal. Are there any side effects? Try drinking a full glass of water each time you take Actislim. Try taking some light exercise Try drinking at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day. Try taking Actislim Night 2 hours prior to sleep. Actislim Xtreme, as a dietary supplement, adults to take orally 2 tablets daily; 1 between 9am & 10am, 1 between 1pm & 2pm. Do not exceed 2 tablets in any one day or take tablets after 3pm. It is recommended that this product is taken after food and in cycles of 3 months on and 1 month off until your target weight has been achieved.
