  • Only a thin layer should be applied before exercise onto the surface of the skin without rubbing into the skin. "Sweet Sweat" can be used under workout clothing, in a sauna, and also while swimming.

Competing at the highest level in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), I not only want to look good, I need to be faster, stronger and more flexible to be at my best. With my intense training schedule, sometimes up to 3 sessions per day I also need to recover faster.
